Please ensure you read the FAQ section on our webpage before placing your order.

Subscriptions must be set up at least 2 days prior to your nominated delivery day. To Pause or Cancel your subscription we need at least 7 days’ notice by emailing us at [email protected]

Cancellations within 7 days of delivery is subject to an admin fee of $6.60

All orders must be placed by 8am on your allocated delivery day to ensure same week delivery.

Minimum orders are $50 + Delivery fees.


We use recyclable cardboard boxes alongside esky boxes for multiple cold and frozen goods. Meat products are packed frozen.

We like to minimise our environmental impact and re-use the boxes and plastic where possible so please leave these out for pick up on your next delivery day.

Delivery times are stated on the website and our drivers cannot text or call with a time so please ensure there is somewhere safe and out of the weather for our driver to deliver your box if you are not home.

Refunds on items not in stock are processed same day as delivery and this can take 3 – 5 business days to appear in your account, you should receive a slip in your box notifying you of any refunds.

We pride ourselves in obtaining the freshest produce from our farmers, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your produce, please take a photo immediately when you receive your box and contact us via email with the photo and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Fees are non-refundable

Cancelling an order

Cancelling orders will incur an admin fee of $6.60. We hope you understand this is a small fee to cover our time, pre-ordering produce to fulfil orders as well as the fees we incur for debiting and refunding credit cards.

Our weekly recurring orders are an easy answer to life’s busy schedule and so quick to set up. Plus, you can still jump online and order any additional weekly extras to arrive with your subscription.
