Pasta Natura specialise in making traditional high quality Italian pasta using gluten free flours. They control the entire production chain in order to manage every single phase and certify the product for the final customer: growing the seedlings, harvest them, drying them, grinding the grains to make flour, making the pasta, and the packaging them for sale.
All pastas are bronze cut and are dried slowly at low temperature. This helps create a rough and porous texture ensuring pasta sauces will stick to the pasta, whilst holding its texture when cooked. Whilst also ensuring each pasta maintains its nutritional properties.
Pastas are made from only water and the gluten free flours. No dyes, preservatives or improvers are used. Cooking time is clearly displayed for customers on the front of packaging.
